Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using IronPath ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

IronPath is operated by Jeremy Levy ("we", "us", or "our"). These terms govern your use of the IronPath mobile application and any related services.

Not Medical Advice

IronPath is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical service. Nothing in the App — including workout logs, analytics, AI-generated insights, or any other content — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of anything you read or see in the App.

Assumption of Risk

Physical fitness activities carry inherent risks, including injury or death. By using IronPath, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You are solely responsible for how you use information provided by the App, including any AI-generated recommendations or workout suggestions.

Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use IronPath. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate

Notify us immediately at support@getironpath.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Intellectual Property

IronPath and all related content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of Jeremy Levy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the workout data you log in the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IronPath and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the App
• Loss of data or workout history
• Any harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated insights or recommendations
• Service interruptions or errors

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab in the App. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the App. Your continued use of IronPath after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Pennsylvania.
